Channing Johnson is a trained photojournalist with a degree from a prestigious journalism school. After working as a newspaper staff photographer he began freelancing for prominent national publications. Today he documents weddings unobtrusively with a keen eye for the authentic moments.

Ashley and John

Ashley and John got married at the Wychmere Beach Club in Harwich Port. The couple lives in Chicago, and they brought all their friends and family to Cape Cod for a beautiful celebration. They even brought their own beer. Seriously, John owns a brewery. Being that I was working I never got a chance to taste it, but they sure went through a lot of it. So, I'm guessing it must be good, and I can't wait to try me some Solemn Oath Brewery. The super-talented Connie Miller joined me on this one. Such a pleasure to finally work together (after 8 years talking about it). Her beautiful work is woven in below.
