Channing Johnson is a trained photojournalist with a degree from a prestigious journalism school. After working as a newspaper staff photographer he began freelancing for prominent national publications. Today he documents weddings unobtrusively with a keen eye for the authentic moments.

In 2014 I traveled to Louisiana, Florida and all over New England spending time with families helping to record a part of their history. Here's a painfully tight edit of great moments and scenes from 2014. I feel like so much is missing from this, but here's a little taste of why I love my job. Looking at all these is getting me excited for the 2015 wedding season. I'm so grateful for all the wonderful couples and families I work with.
